Refund POLICY:
While occasional breakdowns can occur due to mechanical issues, please note that refunds are not applicable if the breakdown is caused by the renter or rider. In the unfortunate event of a breakdown, it is crucial to notify Fun For You Rentals immediately, as our dedicated team will promptly assist you in resolving the issue and getting you back on track. 2. If you decide to explore beyond the Summit County trail system and encounter a breakdown, please be aware that you will be responsible for all recovery costs associated with the machine. We prioritize your safety and aim to provide an unforgettable off-road experience while maintaining transparency in our policies.
WEATHER POLICY:
Prepare for unpredictable weather conditions in Summit County as weather conditions can change rapidly. Don’t rely solely on weather apps, as they can be unreliable. Ensure you have appropriate attire to stay comfortable in changing weather. Please note that refunds will not be provided for weather-related cancellations, unless instructed by the National Forest. DRIVER AND PASSENGER AGE RESTRICTION POLICY:
Ensure a safe and enjoyable riding experience with our vehicles by adhering to our age restrictions. Renters must be over 21 years old, while drivers over 18 are permitted to operate our off-road vehicles. To prioritize safety, passengers must be over the age of 5. Please note that in the event where the driver is underage, no refunds will be given.
